Don Self
Operations Manager
Don Self is the Operations Manager at AIR Technologies. In this role, he leads the construction team in day-to-day operations, including project budgeting, technician scheduling, and personnel matters related to the construction department. Don also conducts rigorous safety training and participates in worksite inspections to ensure that all safety protocols are followed.
Don’s industry career started in 1996 as a plumbing and refrigeration technician. He joined AIR Technologies in 2002 and was most recently a Project Manager.
Don attended Meridian Technology Center in Stillwater, Oklahoma, where he earned an HVAC Technician certification. He also holds an Oklahoma Journeyman, Masters Mechanical Construction, and Masters Plumbing licenses, as well as an Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) certification.
