We take a great deal of pride in how we service our Customers. We know we must try to meet or exceed their expectations with every Project or Service Agreement they entrust us with. As a direct result, our Renewal Rate for our Comprehensive Service Program Base of Customers has averaged 98% over the last ten years. Several years saw no cancellations whatsoever. In an industry that plans for double digit cancellation rates, it might be safe to say we're doing a lot of things right. This Renewal Rate is the single biggest key to our growth at AIR Technologies. And growth means not just new jobs but new opportunities from within our company as well.

As a result of this growth, "The Metro 50", a ranking of the Oklahoma City Metro Area's fifty fastest growing, privately held businesses, recently recognized AIR Technologies among their honorees for six separate years. . . three of those consecutively. The only business from our industry recognized as such. The Metro 50 is sponsored, among others, by the Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce and The Journal Record.

In a separate program, "The Oklahoma 100", sponsored by Oklahoma Business Monthly Magazine for the 100 fastest growing, private companies in the State of Oklahoma, we were also recognized (okay, so we were there by the skin of our teeth at number 97).

The business adage stating "It Cost Six Times More to Find a New Customer Than it Does to Keep Those You Already Have" means a lot around here. Besides, at the end of the day, it makes our work much more rewarding.

All that being said, we realize we're not perfect and we try not to pretend to be. With that perspective, however, we will always strive to become better.
